IT Engineers Team
Responsible for the IT Systems & Telecommunications Infrastructure around the networks supporting & monitoring all the IT daily activities & processes in all the companies to be sure they are operating in satisfactory conditions 24x7x365.
Direct involvement & participation on the planning, design & implementation of all the new needs & IT platforms on multiple hotels renovations, upcoming acquisitions & new constructions on all the new wiring, hardware & software infrastructure requirements designs as well as the installations required following Corporate/Franchise Standards depending of the case.
Budgeting & IT Networks Organization keeping consistency & security measurements and procedures on every IT systems as well as PCI Compliance Standards needed at the Company.
Remote & Local (as needed) technical support & troubleshooting techniques to support all the Company on any issue at their locations regarding hardware, software or telecommunications infrastructures maintaining the companies applications & operations running without any problems.
Remote support to prevent any kind of contingencies (spam filters, popup blockers, malaware treats, etc) that can affect the network reliability & users performances. Work in conjunction with corporate team members and vendors providing software tools & agents to prevent, eliminate or solve these issues when they occur.
Evaluation, monitoring, installation & support of existing and new file servers, computers, printers, routers, switches & additional peripherals in order to have a centralized control that can provide good management of complex networks, databases and applications.
Implementation & monitoring of all the windows & antivirus updates as well as security log events at the networks in order to evaluate or proceed with proper procedures needed.
Business Strategy Analysts
Planning, design & implementation of user mailboxes management structure, system logs, policies, permissions, backups, mailboxes transfers, database storage, host messaging support and disaster recovery. Maintain & Supervise daily MS Office 365 & Sharepoint Network Applications for all users.
Setup & configuration of New File Servers for the hotels. Setup & manage network security policies as well as automated services for all the network profiles creating a simple management environment for all of the users on the Active Trustee Directory of each Domain (Servers).
Create Annual IT Capital & Operational Budgets according to the Corporate & Hotel needs.
Maintain all IT projects under budgets presented previously. Keep estimated costs variances budgets for contingencies.
Design, setup & implement (when/as needed) new HSIA & Wi-Fi B/G/N Networks at our hotels. Analyze any future vendor requirement & recommendation received as required from them as well as work in coordination with them to get it implemented.
Review, research & analyze industry trends & standards on every IT platform to be considered for implementation.
Follow up PCI Compliance guidelines & requirements as well as suggestions from certified vendors & companies that can be deploy at our hotels in order to keep reliability & security of our IT assets at all the time.
